Bought this ice machine to be able to fulfill my ice craving to chill my drinks. Not only this machine has been able to provide great ice, but it has also been able to keep with the demand of constant ice. The quality of the ice is soft but crunchy at the same time. The overall build quality of the machine makes it easy to use and set up right away. The tank of the machine has a great water capacity where you can have half a gallon underneath the ice which is great for making lots of ice. The machine is easy to clean and the size makes it perfect to fit almost anywhere. For anyone looking for a great ice machine this is something I would recommend especially if you’re in a budget.

Where were these appliances 10 years ago? I already own a small icemaker like this but even my wife liked this stainless model. The features are perfect for something this size the best of which is different size cubes. What I absolutely love about these is the ability to easily make ice on my sailboat for drinks and not having to wait forever for it to happen. The turnaround times for making ice in the ad is absolutely spot on. The full bin in the photo is somewhat deceptive because it is NOT possible to get the machine that full without problems but keeping the basket emptied is so simple. I really don't know how they can afford to sell these so inexpensively but honestly they are worth every penny. I may have received this for review and I call out garbage when I see it but this thing is really worth having. A little tip: I save plastic bags that bread comes in fill them with ice from the machine. Granted, the ice is somewhat wet and in stored in a regular freezer will require an ice pick but.........it has made such a simple pleasure so easy to have almost anywhere. Thanks for reading.

Ice maker stopped working. You just push the thumbtab , pull it it out and push in the new one. Doesnt even requirena high school education. Wait 12 hours and wala. Behold! Just one connector to push in. Ive had refrigerators with ice makers for 50÷ years never had one go bad. Friends or ours had theirs go bad. Same fix. Its like they are made to go bad. Product wash the best. Cheap fix.

I purchased this ice maker as a new product, when I received the product it was obvious that it had been returned and wasn't brand new, the cord was unwrapped, there was no shipping styrofoam or secure packaging, and no instruction manual. The plastic casing on the product was busted and pieces of it laying in the bottom of the box, it was obvious someone had just tossed it back in the box and returned it. At times I hav purchased items that have been returned but this time I had chosen and new item and it's obvious this item isn't new.

As you can see in the video, I have attached a scooper from another ice maker to the door. The icemaker was provided with a scoop that you simply let it get buried in the ice bucket?

The handle that comes with it does not match in color, looks too bulky and it is also unnecessary. Therefore, I did not install it. It’s easy to open and close the door without that big bulky handle. In fact if I had to install a handle I would place it horizontally on the top of the door.

Regarding the ice cube size and clarity. The clarity of the ice depends on your water. The ice comes out very nice however, it is falling in chunks of ice grids. You will have to break them down. It is not difficult. however, if you choose a thick ice setting, the ice cubes would not come apart easily.

For indoor use, this icemaker is a little noisy. They literally use three high-speed computer fans to cool the compressor , which I believe with a small investment they could use quieter fans.

I have read about complaints about leaks in other reviews therefore, I took the approach of contacting the seller to explain the cause for those leaks before I make a purchase. The seller explained that the outgoing hose connecting to the drain cannot be higher than 60 cm from the floor the pump is not strong enough to push water up higher, I followed his advice and everything works fine. I also want to point out that I used metal clamps going out of the unit and into the drain. Do not take any chances. I believe that some did not use metal clamps at the bottom of the unit drain because it seem tighten enough or a clamp was actually not provided , I would urge the seller to provide clamps and clearer instructions.

I can summarize that the icemaker as it is presents a good value as long as it would last for a few years. time will tell so far I owned it for two months. I can also predict that getting replacements parts will be almost impossible

I’ve had other ice machines but this one is far better. The dispensing of the ice is easier. The basket is way bigger than the one I have before and the ice itself is so good. I’ve always loved hospital ice and this is exactly like that!! The price for this machine also was not bad at all
